Jim Eubanks currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Health Care Partners of South Carolina, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center with offices in Horry, Florence, and Marion Counties. Jim is responsible for all facets of the operations of the health center’s health care activities. Services include Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Behavioral Health, Dental Pharmacy and Laboratory. Jim has been with Health Care Partners since January of 2016. Prior to being named CEO in January of 2018, he began his career as Chief Administrative Officer.

Jim’s work history includes over thirty years in the Financial Services Industry where he held numerous senior management and leadership positions, both domestically and internationally at Bank of America, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jim lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with his wife, Malinda and has two adult children.
